It includes four private consultations (45 minutes each) with naturopath and nutritionist, Belinda Kirkpatrick, in Balmain or Woolahra. During these consultations, Belinda will provide a full nutritional and dietary analysis and recommend specific foods and dietary modifications to help you lose fat and increase muscle tone. This will be monitored using a bioimpedence scale which measures fat, muscle and fluid mass in your body. Tailored nutritional and herbal supplements may be used to assist weight loss and dramatically increase the health and appearance of your skin, nails and hair. Belinda also recognises the need for stress support in brides-to-be and is able to recommend strategies to minimise your stress and anxiety levels. It is best to begin the program several months before to your big day if possible. The cost of the Beautiful Brides package is $350 with further discounts for Bridal Parties.
