Ariapilates invites you to come along to the inaugural Fitness and Wellness Workshop on Saturday 19th September at 10.30am in the Paddington Studio.

This workshop includes an AriaBarre class or a Mat class with Peta “Pilates” followed by a presentation by Sydney Naturopath Joanne Kennedy who will teach us how to cleanse our bodies after this long cold Sydney Winter. Joanne works at the Double Bay Wellbeing Centre in Double Bay. She uses safe and effective evidenced based natural medicines including nutrition, herbal medicine, supplements and lifestyle advice to address a range of health conditions.

“I am passionate about the incredible workings of the human body and its ability to heal itself given optimal conditions.  As a naturopath, I strive to provide individualised care for my patients by educating them on their body and how they can achieve their health goals”.

AriaBarre classes fuse Pilates techniques with the choreographic nature of ballet. They will improve your body strength and fitness without the bulk so your muscle definition will be more svelte.

Peta “Pilates” mat class will be Pilates based using props such as the roller, magic circles and with a taste of yoga.

If you would like to do either of the classes before the talk you can book your Workshop Barre or Workshop Mat Class on your phone or tablet using your Mindbody Connect app or by going to the Mindbody Online website on your computer.

Otherwise you are more than welcome to just come along to the presentation and have a tour of the Ariapilates Studio.
Ariapilates is currently offering $49 for 10days unlimited AriaBarre and BarreBoxing classes. Taking up this offer on the Workshop day will entitle you to receive a special discount for “Ms Greene St” Sportswear.
